It's a little more complicated than that.

Depending on what you wish to use it for, the cards would be 'better' for different things.

If speed/gaming/etc is all you care for, go for the GTX 660 as it's much faster with texture filtering (56% in theory). However if you have a need for high-resolution then the Radeon is better (22% in theory).

As a personal choice, I'd probably pick the 660... but I am known to be a bit of a Nvidia fanboy.

Walter is correct.

Basically there really isn't that much in it although I would go 660 all the way but I always go nvidia because of the issues ATI would have with their drivers which was a few years ago but that made me ditch ATI for nvidia as I have never had any issues with them.

Not enough difference to warrant the expense.
Are you experiencing any graphics problems?

not really problems, but i do experience lags from time to time when trying to use very high settings for specific games (assassins creed iii mainly). but everythings in full 1080 hd as far as videos and games.

just turn some settings down. If you want basically no lag at ultra high settings with everything turned on then your going for a Asus gtx670 with asus gpu tweak software at the very least.
