blurred screen

Hi,

I have windows 7 professional service pack 1. i just downloaded RECOIL game and have successfully installed it. To my astonishment, it even started running. The starting video ran successfully, post which I clicked on NEW GAME and the loading screen also opened telling me what was my objective in the mission. I was super excited because I spent my childhood playing this game.

BUT, the issue started once the mission started. I experienced very bad graphics where I couldnt see my surrounding, couldnt see my tank, everything became blurred, I could hear the tank and the bullets but I could only see blurred screen.

Please help me with what changes need to be made as I am eager to play this game. Is this a graphic card issue or is this an installment issue??? I am unable to attach screenshot of the issue but to make you guys understand my issue better, the screen basically looks like "the playing cards falling at the end of a successful SOLITAIRE game" whenever i try to move the tank or start shooting.
