i get bluescreen when i am connected to the internet but i dont get bluescreen when i am playing pokerstars which uses the internet but as soon as i play online games or go on msn it blue screens after 3-4 mins can anyone help me with this problem ?

These are the reports that are generated when the system crashes. We'll analyze them here and see if we can find the cause.

My first suggestion is to update your drivers, ensure that your system isn't infected, and update your system to Service Pack 1 (or Service Pack 2 which was just released). That will cure a multitude of problems.

2 of the errors were while PokerStars.exe was running, both crashed in core Windows files.
1 of the errors was related to video in DirectX - so I'd wonder if your video drivers were corrupted.

I'd suggest that the updates required to install Service Pack 1 (along with the malware scans) should either fix or reveal the problem. You can get some assistance with the malware scans here: http://www.techsupportforum.com/f50/

I cant install SP1 it wont let me and i have checked all my drivers and my system is telling me they are uptodate im really confused and i dont know what ells i can do to fix it.

Go to the malware forum (located here: http://www.techsupportforum.com/f50/ ) and have your system checked for malware. It's the most likely reason for the Service Pack not installing.

Tell us how you checked your drivers. Did you go to the manufacturer's website? Did you attempt to install any drivers from there?
