Hi Safyz and welcome to TSF.

Could you give us your full system specs so we can see what we are working with. If you are unsure what your specs are, download and run Speccy, then when it's generated the information (about 10 seconds) go File>Save Snapshot, and attach that .speccy file as well. (You will need to zip it to attach it here: Right click on it and select 'Send To'>'Compressed (zipped) Folder'.

Could you also tell us what PSU (Powers Supply Unit) you have and what wattage it is. To find this out, turn off the computer and open it up and look for a label on it. It should tell you the make and wattage there.

Also, next time you boot the machine can you:

Window Key+R and type msconfig and hit OK.
Under 'Services tab', tick 'Hide all Microsoft Services' and then uncheck the remaining programs and 'Apply'
Then under 'Startup tab' - Uncheck anything not Microsoft related then 'Apply' and OK

Could you also let me know if you have recently installed any new programs or hardware. What anti-virus are you running?
