If the error code appears during booting up it could be an indication of faulty or mis-matched RAM modules, so if you have more than one stick installed, remove them all except one, restart and see what happens. If error persists, remove that stick and replace with a different one until you've tried them all.
Since the RAM modules installed are 32MB, 64MB and 128MB, restarting XP in single-stick configurations are IMHO impossible. Instead of this, and in order to check out your Memory, please download and run the Windows Memory Diagnostic in accordance with its instructions.

And, pip22 got the text of 0xD1 right; it is DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
