Hi,

Remove Kaspersky - http://www.jcgriff2.com/a-v_removal_tools/KIS_removal.html

Remove this driver:
Code:
[font=lucida console][B]sptd.sys [/B]    Mon Oct 12 09:55:14 2009 (4AD24632)[/font]
SPTD.sys is known to cause BSODs; remove Daemon Tools, then use this SPTD installer to remove it (pick the uninstall option when you run the installer): http://www.duplexsecure.com/en/downloads

If the above fails to fix things then you need to run some hardware tests:
Memtest86+ - Instructions:

Download the ISO (or the .exe for USB drives) from here http://www.memtest.org/#downiso

Then (if you have chosen the ISO) burn the ISO using IsoRecorder: ISO Recorder v3 Download (How to use IsoRecorder)

Boot from the CD/USB and run the test (at least 7 passes per test) with only one stick of RAM in place at a time.

It is a time consuming process but it is the only way to be sure it isn't a RAM fault.

For your final test, run the test with all the RAM in place.
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/100352-cpu-stress-test-prime95.html (run the Blend test as well as the Small FFT test)

Reventon

i already did memtest and after 2 and half hours no errors at all , i uninstalled kaspersky internet security as well now .

Boot from the CD/USB and run the test (at least 7 passes per test) with only one stick of RAM in place at a time. ( when i did the test the 2 rams were placed )does it make any difference if i used one ram alone during the test ?
i wanted to add something i am using this pc for over a year now with same drivers and everything i just had to install new windows last month coz of a black screen of death problem .
yesterday i disabled alot of things from msconfig and it worked fine for nearly 12 hours after that i left the pc for downloading and when i wake up i found bsod :( so i really cant figure out the problem .
thanx for the reply so much :)

Running Memtest with both sticks in is fine; it just tests for compatibility problems as well.

Be especially sure to remove Daemon Tools and SPTD, as it is directly blamed by the dumps.

ok i will :) i just dont want to do it atm coz my windows working fine for 5 hours now and i am happy .
btw i been using daemon tools it for nearly 1 year with windows 7 without a single problem with same hardware and same everything so why now !
and i used it for more than 4 years with windows xp without problems at all .
one other question i download program called nirsoft it shows the blue screen dump files i noticed all the time 3 files :ntoskrnl.exe,ataport.sys,atapi.sys
i googled them but so confusing really

Those are Windows drivers.

ntoskrnl.exe - NT OS Kernel; the main Kernel driver.

ataport.sys - Windows driver for ATA devices

atapi.sys - driver for ATAPI devices

None of those drivers will cause a crash; the fact that they are blamed indicates that they were the ones in control when the PC crashed.

SPTD.sys is still being blamed. Please remove Daemon Tools, and then remove SPTD with this tool: http://www.duplexsecure.com/download/SPTDinst-v174-x64.exe
