I'm pretty sure there is damaged hardware at fault here, which may be caused by shipping issues or manufacturing flaws. This is a relatively common occurrence with PC hardware in comparison with other industry products, especially with cheaper brand items.

Anyways, you can first give us a JCGriff Report. If there's the possibility of drivers being cause, turn on DV as well.

For hardware tests, you can perform some of the following:

GPU: MemtestG80/CL
CPU: Prime95 (Torture Test; Large FFTs; 9+ hours)
RAM: Memtest86+ (7+ passes)

Also run HWInfo with Sensors only checked. Record two 30-minute logs: one during idle, and one during high load (gaming, benchmarks, etc.).

I just ran the MemtestCL.

Ive never ran it before so all I did was pressed 0,
those where the only two options, I pressed 1 first but it ran the test on the CPU so I stopped it and switched it to 0.
then I didnt know the speed of Ram so I pressed 0, and same for the pixel shader on the GPU.

But after it ran everything was good except for:

Random Blocks: 3 Failed Iterations
<2972 Total incorrect Hits>

It means the GPU failed the test, so there's an issue with your GPU. However, this can manifest from a motherboard, RAM or even a CPU problem. Your best bet is to continue the other tests.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "documents" from the link I provided you. I clicked on the link and worked, and checked the links on the articles and those seem to work as well. What problems are you experiencing?

Oh, and moved to correct forum.

Thanks for all your help, sorry its taken so long to respond but I have been busy with work. When you said it may be hardware issue I decided to remove all of my RAM sticks but one because using all of them were giving me problems when I was trying to boot up from the start. when I removed the stick and wiped my HDD and started from scratch every thing installed properly and was even able to add an additional ram stick, so I feel as though either one of my RAM sticks is back or one of the RAM Slots on my motherboard. But it seems to be working fine know with the two 4G sticks in the A1 and B1 slots.

You should do memory testing with Memtest86+ with one stick only per stick. If one shows up bad, that's the culprit, if none show up bad, you may need to switch from testing separate sticks to testing separate slots. If you find sticks that were doing good in one slot are doing bad in another, then your motherboard is bad and must be replaced.

Erp, as you probably already know, I meant test with one slot only per stick. As in use only one slot for testing all the sticks with. Sorry bout that, though I'm sure you already figured out despite my error there.
