ok so i'll start out by posting my system specs:
Manufacturer: Dell Inc.
Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.40GHz (2 CPUs)
Memory: 1022MB RAM
Hard Drive: 156 GB
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 6800
Monitor: Dell 1704FPT (Digital)
Sound Card: SoundMAX Digital Audio
Keyboard: USB Root Hub
Mouse: USB Root Hub
Operating System: Windows XP Home Edition (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 2
Here is the Error that it says when crashed to blue screen:
Stop: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Windows Subsytem system process has been terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x
c0000005 (0x7c9106c3 0x010cf36c)
The system has been shut down
Beginnening dump of physical memory
Dumping physical memory to disk: (% completion here)
where it says 0x010cf36c, it has also said 0x0069f36c and 0x0069ed04
i have tried reinstalling windows xp from the installation cd.
i have tried RegistryFix8.
i have tried Regcure.
i attempted to do system restore, but none of my restore points are there. usually it sets restore points every day.
i tried to defragment my local disk but it says it cannot open the file dfrg.msc.
i'm not sure if this has anything to do with it, but my time was also set back to July 2006.
Please help me, i am totally clueless on what to do next.
