Blue Screen/AVG freezing

2194 Views 1 Reply 2 Participants Last post by  Coolfreak
Hi, I'm not sure if I have a virus or something but for the last few days my computer sometimes will crash and I'll get a blue screen saying there was a grave error or something along those lines. I'm currently using the free AVG edition and the free Spyware Doctor. Spyware Doctor doesn't come up with anything when I run it, but when I try running an AVG scan now it always freezes up and never finishes. I've had this problem with Symantec on this computer before which is why I switched. I've gotten some great help on these forums before, which is why I'm hoping someone can help me now...any input would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance!!

EDIT: sorry guys, I think maybe I should've posted this in the security section?...
