We've been trying to help ourselves thru this mess for two days now. We know there are several malware/spyware infections and the solutions we've come across all suggest "download this fix". The problem is, one of these infections has blocked connection to the internet, therefore, we can download nothing at all! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
