black screen problem
Hello,
Yesterday I updated avast and it asked me for a restart. I did so, the computer turned on, all the indicator lights went on, the fans, but the screen was black, no sound from running windows. I pressed the power button to force shut down and again when i turned it on - black screen.
It may not be related to the software update, any idea what might have happened? I have not experienced any problems with this laptop whatsoever.

Reboot the system or run in safe mode an restore at a previous date. For more help, contact some online PC repair service provider.
askpc thank you for your input, you seem to have missed the point on asking for help here, and that is to solve the issue not point people to on line repair services and costing them money when it can be done without cost
