BIOS menu shows up on only one monitor

I'm using two monitors (Dell 24" and a samsung 19") plugged to a 1050ti. The dell one is connected with a displayport and is my main monitor and the samsung (in portrait mode) is old and connected with a dvi to vga converter.
However, whenever I start the computer, it shows the bios menu and bootloader on the samsung and in landscape mode. So I really have to tilt my neck and all to navigate. This only happens before the OS boots. Moreover, the dell doesn't even start as long as the dvi port is occupied (even if no monitor is connected. Just the wire is plugged).
Any solution or idea why it is happening?
