I ma not an expert on viruses but unless you have written something to the BIOS i.e flashed the bios with a corrupt file then there is no way a BIOS can get a virus. Your third image has PCI Bios in it anyway which would suggest to me a problem with the graphics card rom chip.

Why are you so bothered by ÿ these don't mean anything in regards to a virus, or failing hardware.

what he said ^

They do not signify that you have a virus or damaged hardware.

Are you experiencing problems? or have you just seen these values and panicked?

download the maxtor hard drive diagnostic utility if you can and run it on the drives.

If you really do have a damaged partition you may have a damaged drive, have you tried installing windows on the other hard drive?

Is this a real version of windows you are trying to install or a copied version?

have you gone through the fixboot process properly?

If you have a damaged MBR then most often there is nothing you can do about it.

where are you getting all this corrupted registry keys and thing like that from?

Those two pieces of software you have linked are ones I would not use or trust.
