I have downloaded to a temp file on my HD a program from eSupport called BIOS AGENT which when executed will give you info about your current BIOS version and other data. It will not now run on this computer (OS =W XP SP2) but has done so in the past. I can copy the file from the HD to a floppy and run it fine on my W98 machine. I have emailed eSupport several times inquiring about this problem, but have had no response. My first impression is that they do not know why. Do any of you guys have any ideas as to why this won't run on my computer? It appears to download as a .zip file. I have a legal WinZip on both computers. When I click on the file on XP it seems to be unzipping, but closes immediately. I have reinstalled Win Zip and redownloaded BA, but get the same result.. Strange problem that I would like an answer for. Super Thanx if you all can do that!
