how can I make bin files and once I burn a Bin file can I create an ISO from that CD

What kinda bin file are you trying to create?

Are you looking to create a bin for Siemens? If so check How to create a bin file for Siemens Or is it for Mac or Linux?

Once the file is burnt to a cd you shouldn't have any problems making a ISO image of it.
