I got big problems on my pc i open my pc normal but on my desktop
doesn't appear nothing except wallpaper, to open meniul i have to push "ctrl+alt+del"after appear task manager and i complet in "new task ",the word "restore and ok, than apear all in the desktop "icons,start, taskbar , etc." i dont' know what to do.

I try to reinstal windows and i couldn't, give me error.my antivirus deseaper ,i checked my pc with "antispyware",with registrybooster,regcure and ccleaner"and fiind some thinks but i fix them, so i don't know what to do,plllesss help.

Ithink you must have corrupted your explorer.exe or changed a registry setting for it to look for a different file when loading the shell.

If you corrupted explorer.exe, best thing is to do a repair or system restore.
To check if explorer.exe is set to your shell:
Ctrl+Alt+Del to bring up task manager. Click File>New Task.
Type REGEDIT, click ok.
Click the plus sign next to these entries:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
SOFTWARE
MICROSOFT
WINDOWS NT
Click the folder WINLOGON
in the box to your right, find the entry Shell. If the data correspondig to it is not Explorer.exe, double click Shell and modify it to Explorer.exe.
Close the registry, Ctrl+Alt+Del to bring up Task Manager.
File>New Task. Type explorer, click ok.

First ..THANK YOU for your answear and i try to do all you said i was till "WINDOWS NT " but didn't apear any "winlogon" it isn't, i don't know what to do.

After Windows NT you will see current version folder under it.Now click on that folder and you will see winlogon .

Hello again and thank you again ,you are to kind to help me .....yes i did what you said but , last night after that i gave restor "i don't have so many date to restor but i fiind 1, 3 days agoo when it is "more not much" better, i get all icons on desktop and all meniu but i got problems with "activ x", same with "load.exe" and some other error.

I still can't to reinstal the new windows , still "blue screan ,error screan".and i can't to reinstal antivirus ,anyway i can't instal nothing.If i bored you, with my problems" plsss forgive".

I was on "tool" and i try to change from " security-custom level- download active x-enable" but still get ", "One or more active x control could not be displayed because either: 1)Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX control on this page, or 2)You have blocked a publisher of one of the controls. As result, the page may not display correctly.
