What kind of mouse do you have ? OS should have seen the new hardware. Would you think you have a problem with the mouse port ?

Help me.... Although I plugged the mouse port in correctly, my computer still will not detect the mouse, making me unable to use it... I need quick replies (Im currently using accesbility wizard's compoment to use the keyboard as mouse) My computer is Win98..

have you tried using a spare mouse to see if the mouse you have isnt defective?
