Power supply : Model zeb 400w Budget (20+4Pin)
OS : WINDOWS 7 64BIT
Recently I bought sparkle NVIDIA GFORCE 9400GT 1GB PCI EXPRESS 2 phyS

Now i request you to give me suggestion for pOWER SUPPLYF FOR NEW graphic card is sutable for my pc OR I GO FOR NEW ONE

You need a decent PSU in there for this card and the one you have is notoriously weak. I suggest a Corsair 550 in there for this card:
