I have a Belkin f7d1301 v1 wireless N router that I'm trying to use hardwired for my xbox 360 and pc but it just keeps acting like their is no internet connection(charter). If I hook it directly to the pc the net works fine. Its driving me nuts! Please help. Also my pc is running vista home basic. Thanks.

Did you powercycle the modem, router and pc when you connected the router?

Turn off the Modem, router and all pc's . . turn on the Modem and wait a few minutes for the lights to stabilize . . then turn on the router, then one pc at a time. See if you connect ot the internet then
