I have a 2003 Dodge Caravan and the battery has randomly went dead 3 times over a 2 month period. When I jump it I noticed the wipers make a clicking sound and would start going and they were not turned on. Sometimes when the wipers are on intermittent they are not consistant.

Would it most likely be the multi-function switch or the BCM module and if it is the BCM module does it need to be flashed by the dealership? Thank You Denny

Any chance where the blades were frozen to the windshield because of ice or snow?

I have seen this if they are still on when you shut off the vehicle they can't go to the park position. When you start the car the blades try to move and they can't.

No, we have not had any bad weather since this started. The last 2 times it happened the van was in the garage.
