They're all the same, 0x124 pointing to hardware. Looking at your Performance Monitor report, it appears to be a very faulty system.

Click Start>right-click Computer>Properties. Click Windows Experience Index, then Re-run the assessment at the bottom of the page. Let us know the scores that each component of your hardware is getting.

Aside from that, I definitely think that a reinstall is necessary. Every component of your hardware having a poor rating doesn't look like a hardware problem at all.

Well It seems I figured out my own problem and I bet nobody would have guessed this one. It's the motherboard but more specifically the on board sound. It's the only common link between the lockup.I thought it was just my headset but it's actually the motherboard go figure.

Can you disable the sound in the BIOS? That'll tell you if it's the Sound or not.
Well I did reinstall the drivers and that fixed my crackling issue and slowed the frequency of the bsod I am trying right now to steam a vid online and disabled speakers so it should not lockup.Either way I am going to try and get a cheap sound card and install that if it fixes it I keep it if not I return it and back to the drawing board.I would send my motherboard in for a new one but it's still under warranty for another few years and would be without computer for a week or more until they send out a new one.

If it is the sound card, then it must be disabled in the BIOS in order to stop it from loading drivers. And it's the driver's interaction that causes the BSOD's.

What's the make and model of the system?
There is no make or model I built it. The motherboard is a Asus P5QC but yes I can disable a part from working in the device manger. and the os is windows 7 but after all the tests this is where I am led to so I will try and pick up a cheap sound card which is good enough.

I have disabled it in the device manager and it played a few videos and it did not crash so unless the sound card I get has issues it should be good.

ok yes it still ran so I went into bios and turned off the onboard card but now this new 1 is having issues. -.-

I checked the latest dumps and put them below.

It seems the sound issue is sound but not exactly normal.I completely disabled the onboard card but 2 of the issues still persist a poping noise a loss of sound in headset(switches from ear to ear) which happens in 2 headsets one of which is brand new. I think I am going to reinstall os maybe.

Was the device disabled in the BIOS when this error happened?

I would suggest uninstalling any software related to the audio device.
In particular I would check C:\Windows\System32\Drivers to see if cmudax3.sys is present there. If it is, please rename it to: cmudax3.BAK Then reboot and check to make sure that it was not regenerated.

If the BSOD's continue to recur after disabling it in the BIOS and removing the drivers - then something else is causing the problems. And it's going to take a lot of work to figure out what.

I tried reinstalling os for the hell of it(reduced the frequency's of the onboard bsod) returned that today and got a diff one but it's doing what the other one was doing with the crackling when streaming.(Won't know about the bsod issue till it's tested more) I tried dling the offical drivers but other people have been having issues with them so I did what this guy said to do. http://www.sevenforums.com/sound-audio/28647-rocketfish-5-1-drivers-help-2.html
