Alrighty then. I'm sort of having a problem connecting to friends games. Basically, whenever he creates a game, it never shows up in the game browser. And I can't connect directly to it via IP. I'll create it, and it doesn't work either. He gets the same error. Is there any way we can play? He's new to the game, and he wants me just to show him the basics. It's the demo by the way. But I still experience the same problem with the full version.

Did you forward the ports on your router? I would check out the Battlefield 1942 site and see which ports you need to forward.

Kane do you play on moongamers? I think I've seen you lol, anyways there's dozens if not hundreds of empty game servers. So why don't you try going into an empty one instead of making your own server?

Make sure the filter is set to Battlefiled1942.
