Hello,
I've got a fujitsu seimens V5535 laptop, which has been having power problems for a while...
I finally went to a shop to get the DC jack changed, and when the original was taken out it had been snapped in half. When this was replaced, the laptop ran fine just from the mains, without a battery in - so the DC jack was fixed, and there can't be a problem with the AC cable.
With a battery in, the problem is still there. The laptop flashes between charging and running from battery power every second or so, hinting that there is a connection problem coming from the mains... but this would surely mean the laptop would turn itself off constantly without a battery in - instead it runs just fine. It also runs fine with just a battery, and no mains cable.
So yea, i'm pretty confused about what is going on!
Any help would be brilliant, Thanks in advance, Robert.
