Basic Internet problem, advice needed...

Hi,
Ok so i have a laptop and at 'place 1' my internet connection and phone line is provided by Tiscali. I will have to spend time at 'place 2' where my phone line is provided by a different company.

To connect to the internet at 'place 2', will i be able to connect using my tiscali internet connection?
