Hi ya peeps just a question regarding my base score. My lowest score is my ram at 4.1 but I have friends with less ram and a higher score......?
Any suggestions would be gratfully recieved

if their bandwidth is higher then they will get a better score, as in using same ram in dual channel mode will have higher bandwidth than when used in single mode, and as in DDR-400 will be double the bandwith of DDR-200. simply, depends on type of ram and how it's set up.

to a lesser extent, the base score is also reduced if some of the system memory is reserved for graphics use.

Thanks for that. I had no idea that would make a difference now have new ram with the right numbers everywhere lol base score settled at 5.4 now thanks again
