To access bank siites from internet explorer you need to have cookies enabled. Could this be your problem?

Do you get any error messages? Try to be more specific.

Hi, you do need to be careful with banking sites, here in AUS at the moment my Bank is having problems with people emailing phishing for log on and account details. We know the bank does not do this yet the sites are very convincing. IE appears to be the only widely used browser for internet banking I use Opera and Chrome however neither work for banking so I use IE 7 for this. I have my bank site in "the trusted sites zone", with the server verification box checked.

Hiya,

I have the same problem. I can't log into any banking on my Vista Laptop. Doesn't matter if it is IE or Firefox 3.5, same issue. When I try and log onto Natwest banking, after entering my security details it redirects me to the beginning of entering my security details again. Not a problem on any other computer.

Cookies are turned on, makes no difference.

Thank you for any help.

Aeca :)

Note: Actually, now I can get IE to work, but still not Firefox (which I prefer)
