Hi.

I need support on an application called Backup4All, and I couldn't find what I was looking for on their homepage. Do you guys support only Microsoft applications?

Unless someone has specifically used that application, your best bet would be to contact the vendor for support. They obviously would have the most knowledge of their application. Just out of curiosity, what kind of an issue are you having? It seems like a pretty straight forward application.

I use Backup4all quite a bit. What is the problem you're having ?

Well, I was trying to backup .bak files which were backed up by SQL Server, and I didn't know that Backup4All regarded .bak files as temporary files and exclude them from the backup in the filters. So I just deleted .bak file types from the list and ran the backups again. Perfect.
