Hi, I posted this in General Computer Security and was answered by Amateur. Sorry didn't know how to link to that thread. Briefly, I keep receiving alerts about above each time I get to desktop, I click on neutralize and assume all ok but next time it happens again. I was unable to download Deckard System Scanner but did do a PandaScan and attached that to my other thread along with a Hijack This report: Amateur said he could see no infection. Any chance someone can have a look at other forum or could mod move all posts here? I wondered if I could just delete the file KaspAV notifies., or if I should remove KaspAV 7 and redownload.
Thanks for any help/advice.

Hello again,

Sorry for the delayed response. I was the one who answered your post at the General Computer Security sub forum. The only item reprted by Panda, btwebcontrol.dll, appears to be a false positive and belongs to British Telecommunications plc.

I cannot say anything about the file which your resident antivirus Kaspersky reported without knowing its full path. Where does it say it's located?
Having said that, HiJackThis alone is not always enough and we need more specialized tools such as Deckard's System Scanner to detect any potential malware.

I was unable to download Deckard System Scanner
What seems to be the problem in downloading it?
Thank you for letting us know. Stay safe!
