AVG Will not install

I can't get AVG to install. I keep getting this:

Local machine: prepared for the installation
Initialization:
Warning: Windows Firewall activity checking failed.
The RPC server is unavailable. (1722)
Actions plan:
Error: Service Avg7RsW needs to be installed, but it has been marked by the Windows as delete pending during previous unintallation process. Please restart the computer to finnish pending service deletion.


And right now I have no working virus program on my computer because I have some virus that won't let me open them. It also got rid of my start menu (and task bar, and I have no sound on my computer, just beeps, and Internet Explorer will not open (one of the reasons that I can't scan my computer with Norton)


Any help is greatly appreciated.
