AUDTIOTRAK vs HDA Digital

I'm going to buy a new soundcard, but I'm a bit cofused which one I should invest in?
HDA Digital X-Plosion
or
AUDIOTRAK Prodigy 7.1 HiFi
I know that AUDIOTRAK can't encode in Dolby Digital Live & DTS like HDA cards, but how is the digital sound compared on these two cards?
