Since the last windows update I've noticed audio problems with most of my PC games. The audio is fine at the start, but 30-40 minutes in it cuts out. I have to unplug my headphones and plug them back in and then restart the game to get the audio to work again. In some games I can change the audio settings to get it to work again, but sometimes this makes the game crash.

I'm using a SteelSeries Siberia 150 headset.

I'd begin with reinstalling your PC's audio driver. See if that helps at all.
