Hi I have a strange situation arising at an office with about 12 users.
One user is having problems receiving emails with attachments in a strange way, here is the set up.

User A sends a group email with an attachment to everyone in the office, the sender and the receivers are all using the same domain, mailservers etc.

User B who uses Outlook Express receives the message with the attachment, user C using MS Outlook 2002 receives the message but not the attachment.

If user B forwards the message to user C they receive the message and the attachment.

So the attachment is somehow blocked at user C but only when sent from user A

Can anyone point me in the direction to identify the problem please

What format is user A sending the message and from what program?

See if changing User A format for email from the default html to text and see if that helps.
