Can Anyone offer some help regarding this BSOD and my System? atikmdag.sys is the BSOD error. If any more informtion is needed please let me know

This only occurs when i play a video game for some time maybe using two different screens say youtube and starcraft for instance.

Not sure if this is for any use but I got the same video card as you and had the exact same problem. Removed my video card drivers with Driver Sweeper etc and installed the 9.6 CCC driver version, worked for me so far.
