My custom built pc has an ATI Radeon X700 video card in it and it has been working great, until recently. My daughter likes to plays SIMMS on this system and now the video card buzzes every 90 seconds or so. The computer runs great and the SIMMs game continues to play, the video card just buzzes really loud every 90 seconds or so. Very annoying.
Any idea why this would start up out of the blue? She has been playing SIMMS on this very same system for almost a year now and this buzzing just started about two weeks ago.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

thank you

Hello,

Videocard fan might be in need of a cleaning or it might need to be replaced. I would advise you to open up the case and clean the videocard fan. I dont think the game has anything to do with this. By time they all get dusty :) Lets try a cleaning first.
