I got a new video card cause my on board one couldn't even run WOW. This was cheap and would fit in my computer and I thought i met the specs...However I installed, updated drivers..and i have red lines all through myscreen....onboard card was disabled..same problem...I have no idea what to do now..switched monitors as well..bad card maybe?

No i'm not..I don't know why that came up..I did everest n it said that..I was confused my self..

This was a built computer..so I'm not positive whats in it..

i know the basic details 2.51GHZ, 768 RAM, 350W power supply...it's a built computer..not sure on motherboard make...video card is ATI radeon x1050...ill try to get MB details

your 12v line is showing out of specs but i doubt you would get anything if the reading was correct

see if you can borrow a psu like this to test in it

thanks for response...uhh my friend has an extra 500w I can try out tomorrow..not sure if that will fit in my case tho..will try it out tho..

the 12v line would cause red lines all over my screen?

now has a 500W power supply...same issue...it will be alright for 5-10 mins..then the redlines come all over the screen...I don't know what else to do with the issue...is it the card, drivers? any suggestions?
