I have recently purchased a ATI Radeon 9000.
When I boot up the monitor remains blank. If I put in an old ISA video card it works fine.
I used a TNT2 also and if I removed the monitor cable after windows had started up worked fine, otherwise I would get the same result a blank screen.
Remove all your vid cards and boot up without one installed, then turn your comp off, and put the rad in, if that doesnt work, try the card in a different comp.
