ati 6970 shadows help

hey i got a 6970 changed my 4350 ( huge jump lol ) there is somthing wrong with shadows in games when its lose its like edgy shadows under the charcters neck or their shirts not a smooth shadow . updated drivers what else can i do ? thanks

What are the rest of the system specs including the power supply make and model.

amd phenom ii x4 965 (3.4) , 4gb ddr3 1600 , coolermaster 650 w ,msi 870-g45 , 1 tera western black.

What is the Model of the 650W CoolerMaster. Most CoolerMaster PSU's are poor quality.
