My Asus P4C800 is working great...stable + fast, but I can't understand why the BIOS using is that slow. It's working like in slowmotion movie, text's are coming 1 line at time etc.

Maybe this board is broken somehow....or does anybody else have this kind of problem ?.

And...I have been trying 1.007 BIOS + now I am using 1.008 ............

I never heard or seen a BIOS go slow, are you shore you know what your talking about!

You probably have it set not to do fast boot. It's probably doing all the testing b4 booting your operating system.

Of course I am SURE that the BIOS is ACTING very slow....and what makes it even more strange is...that the puter is working OK.

And I am not meaning the long test perioid when booting.....I am meaning that when you press DEL...and puter goes into BIOS...the lines are coming very slow to the screen ...allmoust 1 by 1 .....I just emailed Asus...lets see if I am getting an answer from there .
