ASUS Keyboard Functions

I've got an ASUS Desktop and keyboard. the keyboard has 5 specialty buttons on each side of the board. There are also icon printed above the Function keys on top. None of them do anything. Where can I find out what they are for and how to activate them?

You might have to install the drivers for them to use those functions
