at startup sometimes i get different beeps, once in a while ill get 6-7 beeps then other times ill just get 2.. can someone help me?

Please elbaorate alittle more accurately on the beeps / the duration of the beeps and tempo of the beats / these are bios problem indicators

like three beeps one second apart

or continious beeping / one long beep etc

please give us your mother board make & model

I use a A8N-Sli Deluxe

the beeps are all about the same.

sometimes i get 2 beeps, somtimes i get 6-7 same length regular beeps.

would updating my bios help? i havent even messed with the bios since i bought it
