Im new to this i have no clue how to use this site but,here i go i need some help i have a note book that runs with windows 7 once i turn it on it stays on the blue screen and it says (error...the application failed to initialize properly) (0x0000005) and to click ok to terminate the application wich i do but nothing happens i try safe mode and all of the options i had acces too i need to kno y is happening and if anyone knows how to fix this PLEASE!!!!

A blue screen shows that error? That sounds more like an error message that will pop up in Windows rather than a full blue screen. Are you saying that it also shows up in safe mode and you can't get into safe mode either?
