Hey all, here's my problem:
New computer 1 month old: asus z71v, pent M 1.73, 1gigram, fujistu 60gighd.
2 weeks ago>>mbr virus, reformated everything(i hope) and since then i get regular application crashes, photoshop, half life 2,... event log states an application error id 1000 and gives me the memory address(always different one) and a dump. When I run O&O defrag, i get a critical error blue screen for a split second and the computer reboots. I have run norton and bitdefender thouroughly, found a virus in 2 files but it did not change anything. I have run a memory test, memtest, to 5000% with no bad results.
Plz help, I usually fix my own stuff but here i can't and I found no info on the web.
