AppHangB1 problem ...?

Hi!Im running on Vista Ultimate sp2.

This problem also accured with a lot of mine programs, such as winamp for example.
Keep getting this error report.When I attemp to terminate that kind of app from task menager, my pc just froze and i need to reboot it.
Can anyone tell me whats seems to be the issue? Lately pc just froze for no reason and I need to restart it. I have Kaspersky (updated), full scan running every 2 days.I checked health of HDD, RAM memory... Im clueless. Today Kaspersky reported some riskwere event, criticality (medium), goes like this :
