My application is using Apache Tomcat running on Windows server. Recently we the system is having problem to send email via a mail server with the following error:
Could not connect to SMTP host mailmanager.xxx.com, port 587 (java.net.SocketException: no buffer space available (maximum connection reached?):connect)
