Er, not to disagree with anyone here but, I would just recommend getting on Outlook Express. (Its a very good email program if youve never messed with it and comes with your computer)

I got AOL Broadband when it came out, and I could rarely log on. When I did I was going slower than dial up. Get rid of it like TheTech said and get something better, like Cable.
