i have a shutting down problem that it keep on hold there for a really long time and it took 30min~1 hrs to shutdown the desktop. i check alot of forum, most of the people say is after they upgrade 64-bits it just happen like this.

Any solution?PLease~ really need help~:neutral:

What version of Windows are you using? What Service Pack?

Boot into Safe Mode (press F8 during boot) and attempt a normal shutdown.

Check Device Manager for any driver errors and make sure all drivers have been updated.

Windows 7 home premium. Service pack 1.

but isit everytime need to use safe mode to attempt a normal shutdown? and i just realise when i restart my computer it will hold at there too.


And how to check for any driver errors and all the drivers have been updated? Do you mind teach me? Please~
