i currently have a problem with my internet- about once a week (usually sundays) my internet slows down, its not so bad for browsing but for gaming it makes it impossible- for example when i request the server list in the game it brings them up in bursts taking around 30-40 seconds then in game my ping sky rockets to over 200 (usually 66). please can you help my isp is orange and i have unlimited download i cant find the problem?

I'd say the probabilities are several.

Top of the list would the the ISP is simply slowing down.
Next, if you have wireless connections, maybe you have freeloaders.

LOL, yeah i suppose thats why they built them like that.

Anyways about your problem your ISP could be doing maintenance on Sundays, when they expect there will be the least amount of traffic. You can also secure your wireless if you think somebody is piggybacking on your signal.
