Browsing the internet yesterday and had a virus, got AVG to scan selected areas, virus moved to virus vault. Deleted virus files from temp internet.

When I restarted my PC I logged on, then after most things loaded, say 10-20 seconds I get a BSOD.

0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0xB94E8C7C, 0xAC81E7E8, 0x00000000)

Then, when I restart and try to boot in safe mode it fails and gives me a BSOD.

Also for the time I can log on which isn't very long I cannot access task manager, it says I am not the Administrator then get a bunch of errors:
SVC - A call to an OS function failed

I think the restrictions are the fault of the virus.

I need help, seriously puzzled here. (could it be the virus?)

ANY help would be appreciated greatly.
