If you make a note of the update, try uninstalling the update and then reinstalling it, does it help?

Annoyance in Add or Remove Programs window
I've had this for a while, and it's not a problem, but it's annoying as heck. There's a HUGE gap in the programs list in my Add or Remove Programs window. After the Apple Software Update there are several hundred blank lines and then the list continues with Avanquest update.
See the attached screenshots. Notice the size of the scrollbar on the right-hand side. It may help you understand the size of the gap I'm talking about.
Any ideas?
