You want it to run all the time?
Are you on DSL? The easiest way to keep it running from startup is to stash a shortcut of it under Startup (Start->Programs->Startup) and set that shortcut so it runs minimised. It's easy (under right-click->properties).
Beyond that, I don't know of a way to make it run as an icon on the system tray. May not be a way.
